Мы другие отели видели там по чистоте похуже. Расположение отеля хорошее, питание нормальное, но вода в бассейне грязная, отель "уставший", в номере нет окон, просто матовое стекло, проветрить невозможно.
Полотенца грязные. Условия проживания очень не понравились. Питание нормальное. Отель выбрала из соображений что звездность на Шри ланке относительная. Мой туроператор заверил меня что по меркам ланки это отель отличный. По поводу перелета могу сказать что достаточно тяжело, но в принципе терпимо, перелет был с пересадкой в Шардже.
В самолете нас не кормили, ноя брала с собой печеньку и воду. В Шардже мы быстро пересели на другой само Для тех кто первый раз летит хочу отметить что по прилету в Коломбо необходимо изначально стать в очередь оплатить визу и только после этого паспортный контроль.
Я не знала об этом и простояла в очереди паспортного контроля, откуда меня отправили оплатить визу. И хочу сказать что так все медленно делается что часа 3 мало для оформл документации. При том что прилет рано утром часа 3 ночи и реально это раздражало. Далее багаж. Тоже полная неразбериха, все мы стояли в очередь за багажом на одной из лент.
Оказалось что наш багаж в самом конце аэропорта, и узнали мы тоже об этом случайно, тк таблички с какой страны прилетел багаж не было. Далее обмен валют , реально обменники все расположены на территории самого аэропорта.
Потом несколько проблематично было найти свою встречающую сторону, мужчина реально не той стороной держал табличку и мне пришлось попыхтеть чтобы найти своих встречающих гидов. Далее трансфер, все ок. По приезду в отель около 9 утра, заселение нас ждало в 12 или 2 дня. С утра не заселяли, насколько поняла на шри ланке так везде, денег я не предлагала для раннего заселения и просто заснула на диване на рецепшене.
Далее номер, очень даже ничего, просторный , диван был, кровать, шкаф. В ванной все хорошо, места реально полно. Номер одноместный без вида на океан, действительно не открываются окна уже в отзывах ктото писал об этом, хотя это и к лучшему, так как эта сторона выходит на трассу и с открытыми окнами я бы просто не заснула. Пляж вполне хорош, лагун рядом нет. Питание : у меня был завтрак и хотелось чтоб немного подправили меню, некритично.
Обед и ужин брала в отеле, реально по деньгам уложилась в рупий за блюдо, много мне и не надо было. Был один неприятный инциндент по выезду, я всегда оплачивала все счета сразу, и в конце на рецепшене мне вынесли счет за обед как неоплаченный. Оплачивать ничего не собиралась, попросила персонал достать видеосьемку и пригласить того офиц который чегото не то записал.
По ходу чеки тоже собирать надо было Конфликт уладили, в целом по отелю все. Экскурсии: взяла экскурсию у другого гида, зовут Аннудж, он работант от Tpg. Уровень ми ми ми.
Хорошенький такой, по нашим просьбам останавливал не только где запланирована экскурсия но и где мы просили. По ценам экскурс дешевле чем от нашего агенства. Океан, на любителя в несезон, я плоховато плаваю поэтому пришлось поболтаться недалеко от берега. Конечно наверное лучше ехать на шри ланку в сезон, когда и океан тихий и дождей нет. Это мое мнение. Хотя были люди которым буйный океан по приколу, им тихий не нравится. Как говорится на вкус и цвет Тук тукеры, еще те наперсточники, то сдачи нет, то везет не туда куда надо.
Потом уже познакомилась с нормальным ланкийцем и все проблемы были решены. Рядом с отелем недалеко есть базар с фруктами, если честно очень доступно было, пешком 5 мин, смысла ехать в хиккадуву не было вообще.
Недалеко был магаз с молочными продуктами. Попробовала их творог, реально обалденная штука. Вообщем на этом все , мое тур агенство Топ трэвел, езжу от них второй раз, претензий нет, все оперативно, спасибочки Людмиле Бугайцовой!!!
